Wet hair thoroughly. Pour a small amount into the palm, add more if necessary depending on the length of your hair. Distribute evenly through your hair from roots to ends. Add water, if necessary, for easier dispersal. Massage the cleanser/conditioner into the scalp with fingertips (not nails!). Leave on for 2-3 minutes and rinse well. If your hair is particularly dry, leave on for a few more minutes to ensure maximum hydration for your curls.
